About the Role

Are you a passionate data privacy and protection professional with strong analytical and problem solving skills?

This is a role where you will ensure the organisation's compliance with data protection laws and regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Yours is a role in which you will develop and implement the data privacy program in collaboration with multiple stakeholders such as business process owners, Legal, Compliance, Audit, etc.

A key aspect of your responsibility will be to assess the privacy implications of emerging technologies including artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and blockchain.

You will also have to implement a Data Privacy and Protection Management System (DPMS), and develop and execute privacy risk assessments, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and gap analyses.

About You

Degree qualified, you will possess at least 7 years of experience in privacy, data protection, security, risk management, auditing and/or compliance, preferably in aviation industry. 

You are expected to demonstrate a high level of proficiency with ISO auditing frameworks, and international/local data privacy standards, EU e-Privacy Directive, EU GDPR, Saudi PDPL and SDAIA Directives.
